Return Policy

The 7-Day Replacement Guarantee at niluscollection.com covers all products sold and provides the option for a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery if there are any issues with the product such as fitting problems, damages, defects, or any other issues. To initiate a replacement or return, customers can contact Customer Service via email, chat, or by filling out the return form on the website within 7 days of delivery. However, products that have been physically damaged, washed, altered, or are returned without original packaging and accessories will not be eligible for a return or replacement.

If an order is cancelled before delivery, a full refund will be provided. If the product is received and found to be defective or the incorrect size, it will be eligible for a replacement under the 7-Day Replacement Guarantee. To initiate a return, customers can contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery and include the original contents and materials sent with the shipment when returning the product.

The refund process for returns involves an inspection by the QC team and, upon successful processing, the purchase amount will be refunded. If payment was made online, the refund will be credited back to the account, otherwise, it will be credited back to the Nilu's Collection account as a Gift Voucher or a cheque will be sent upon request.
